Editor aircraft free placement

I don't know if this has been suggested before but I feel the need for free placement of aircraft on the ground has been a necessity of the community (primarily the aerobatics) for many years now. It doesn't matter where, on the ramp, in a forest, under a bridge, I think the Mission Editor should allow a Ground start position which auto-detects ground elevation allowing you to load into an aircraft anywhere on the ground. Changeable facing direction and cold/hot start options would be great too.
