Cannot get the Nevada Test range

Last night I purchased the Nevada Test range and installed the open alpha of DCS 2.0. It was downloading but the update was halted by a shutdown of the PC. Now I can't get the game to download and DCS 2.0 acts like I haven't purchased it despite the contrary. How do I fix this?

If 2.0 did not finish installation run the updater again. If it did and just Nevada terrain did not install then try this
