Help Upgrading Computer for 1.5.2

I'm trying to find the parts necessary to play dcs 1.5 at the LEAST it's minimum requirements, however most seem to be out of reach for me. It's a Studio 540 desktop which is really underpowered as of right now(I only get about 6 fps currently, otherwise I'd have to go back to 1.2).:(

 

I'm looking for the following things that are powerful, but aren't overpriced:

2GB Graphics card

8GB Memory RAM

700W Power Supply

and

Processor(Quad Core).
