SU25T level flight??

What is best to get my plane in level flight to approach target, Alt hold, elvel flight or alt&roll hold. I find that flaps and level hold work well, but was wondering what most use for being steady, also is the enter button the fire missle button or the space bar, thanks all.

I would say none- more often than not. It depends on what you're engaging. Especially if there's more than one target in the area. Since so many of your weapons require terminal guidance- you can often end up pretty close to the area you were attacking. Self guiding weapons like the KH29T have very short legs. You'll need full control to fly out of the danger zone.

 

Altitude- Low- but not so low as to endanger line of sight. (loss of target lock) The frog really rolls downhill. Start too high & you might not be able to turn that bus when it counts.

 

There is no cut & dry answer to much of anything in tactical air combat except

Use the trim together with controlling the stick and throttle. Trim is not set-it-and-forget-it. Because of AFM you need to learn to use the trim more often, I mean all the time really.

I can make some- although they would be terribly long using the missions in place now.. I'll try to make a mission to shorten em up, but I SUCK at the ME...
