L-39 trimmer not working

Just downloaded the L-39 steam edition, having problem with the trimmer, the nose pitches up but the trimmer doesn’t seem to have any effect. The animation on the stick works i.e. when I trim down the stick will push forwards but the nose will carry on pitching up whatever I do. Have tried assigning other keys but still get the same affect, any ideas?

First of all, un-bind all axis movements and reassign them again. Then re-assign the axis stuff that you actually need. It can be something with the axis bindings.

 

Also, under what circumstances do you get the pitch-up moments? In quick-mission?

Thanks for the response, I have now found this only happens when game avionics is ticked in settings. If this is not ticked then everything is fine (level flight and trimmer works fine) if game avionics is ticked the nose will pitch up aggressively and the trimmer didn't work, the stick has to be constantly pushed forward to maintain level flight

D@mn, I've never realized that the game has different simulation levels. But it is strange that it will pitch-up so violently in any mode. This airplane is easy enough to fly in simulation mode.
