Same size monitor, different resolutions, different sacele contacts?

If we take two monitors of the same size, 27"

 

a) 1920x1080

b) 2560x1440

 

You should see the size of the contacts at 2-3 km with the same size in both monitors, but in monitor b) you would see sharper because has more resolution, more little pixels.

 

This happens in lot of games, but not in DCS.

 

In DCS the one with more resolution you see more little.
