Provide Better Description of Manual Updates

The update log for DCS only ever says "Manual Updated"

This description is entirely inadequate for manuals that can be several hundred pages.

Please consider providing a more detailed description of any changes for those who have already read the manual and don't want to re-read the entire document. :wallbash:

Updates should indicate which sections were revised or provide highlighting, side bars etc in the text itself.

I see this is already being done, for example by Belsimtek in the F-86 manual.
