On the right panel there are circuit breakers. Currently they are not implemented. Is this planned? And if so how would it change the start-up procedure?

Hi,

No,start-up procedure will be the same, because they are always in ON position, when A/C is

prepared for flight(flightline).Often they are overlayed by perspex cover.

ON position mean, that they are upward.

Interesting... who uses them then? Ground Crews? If so why are they easily accessible by the pilot?

They are used by technicians, when A/C is under maintenance or repair at maintenance unit. This

overlayed cover is fastened by four screws,so it is not easily accessible by the pilot.
