joining multiplayer games

ok so i have hyperlobby and i see games, so i click em and it launchs LOMAC

 

so far so good

 

but then what? how do i go from the screen it drops me at to the mp game?

Do you see a "coalitions" or a "connection" page. A coalitions page is good- you pick a side, a plane, a loadout, and fly. If you don't- first thing to ask is what version of lomac are you flying? Most HL servers are version 1.12a

Very good. remember to read the briefing, and look at the map before flying- so you know what's going on. Not all missions will have a detailed briefing, but the map tells you all you need to know. For the most part-you can't look at the map or any other external view after you click fly. Special sessions excepted.

Keep practising and fidn yourself someone who is willing to give you a helping hand. Have been to many servers where no one will respond to you at all, not even saying hello.

 

Just find somewhere friendly, perhaps get on TS and ask for help, you will get there.

 

But when we say ask for help, ensure you know the basics, i.e. TWS, how to startup, weapon launch etc. The pros will (if they feel like it) give you tactics and tips.
