the_moonraker Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Hey Guys, this is my first posting here so I hope I choosed the right topic. I restartet playing DCS world yesterday and while practisising the training missions, I noticed that the throttle of the SU-25 doesn't fall below ~65%. I am using a Logitech G940 HOTAS System and it seems like everything is calibrated corretly, even in the game settings the throttle axis behaves normal from 0% to 100%. Also the animation of the thrustlever in the Cockpit goes back to zero. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
Sryan Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 (edited) You mean the RPM indicator? This is normal. When an engine is idling the engine RPM does not go back to 0%. It must maintain a certain speed. You mean the round gauge marked in red in this image, right? Edited March 15, 2016 by Sryan Check my F-15C guide
the_moonraker Posted March 15, 2016 Author Posted March 15, 2016 thanks for your reply. I was irritated by the RPM line when you are in external view, I misintepretated it as a "Thrust" indicator not as RPM as it is named. Ok, seems like everything works fine, so I will proceed training :smartass: Thanks a lot, Moonraker
