Pynio Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 (edited) Hello Everyone! I have a serious problem with trimming in newest - 2.x version of DCS. I have a Saitek X-52 (not pro), and two version of DCS, Open alpha (2.x), and 1.5xx In both of them i'm using the same Hotas profile. Everything is fine, exept trimming, whitch in open alpha just don't work. I'm hearing characteristic trimmer "click", when i'm using proper button on my hotas ("T" on keyboard"), but that's all. When i enable "trimmer screen" (r-ctrl+ enter) in 1.5 i can set trimmer point where i want to, in open alpha it's just back to center. I think, i use this profile: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/374971/ but, as i said before: in 1.5 it works perfectly, in 2.0 don't... Sry for my english :) Now, i uninstall both version, and install just 2.x, but it isn't change anything EDIT 2!!! I found a reason of this problem! I have logitech momo racing force feedback wheel http://i2.listal.com/image/445336/600full-logitech-momo-racing-force-feedback-wheel-for-pc-cover.jpg and i use pedals as a rudder (combined axis). If i disconnect wheel, then i can use trim in ka-50, after plug in and restart, i can use pedals, but trim doesn't work anymore... any ideas what should i change in settings? (in 1.5 this config works perfectly) Edited March 20, 2016 by Pynio
kilix Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Well, it has FFeedback, so try to turn forcefeedback off in DCS settings. Also check your 'cental position trimmer mode' setting and try both options. My setup: Intel i3 4170, NVidia GTX960, 4x4GB DDR3 1600MHz, 128GB Kingston SSD, FaceTrackNOIR Modules: KA-50, Mig-21, SU-27, Mi-8 If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter -- and therefore, unsafe
