Features of a good Campaign?

I would like to know, what are the features of a good Campaign?

 

Also, how the Georgian Hammer Campaign (A10C) compares to the DLC Campaigns (A10C) i.e. The Enemy Within & Red Flag?

I think you'll find the default campaigns to be great ways to exercise the capabilities of the various airframes involved.

 

The DLC campaigns tend to offer a lot more attention to detail and story, and often include significantly more lines of recorded dialogue which adds a lot to the immersion.

 

If you look around here a bit you'll also find a ton of fantastic free content generated by the DCS community.
