CDDS Browser help Please?

Hello :)

 

I’m trying to install a high-res Mig29s skin ( MiG-29S 1024x 2048x DOMNA AB ) using the CDDS browser in Modman so I don’t suffer any decrease in performance. I’m following this tut here: http://pwnedcomputers.net/share/LockOn/Skins/Ices/Docs/BMP-to-DDS.txt

 

So I have changed the file name to:

MiG-29C-PAINT-DEF-L4-2048x2048.bmp

MiG-29C-PAINT-DEF-R4-2048x2048.bmp

 

Is this right??

 

Ok my real problem is when I go to the “Lock On\Bazar\World\..” folder using the modman cdds browser I don’t know which .cdds file to open for the cdds file path. I cant find the matching files, anyone know where to look for the above files?

Ah OK thank you but which .cdds do I install them? I cant find MiG-29C-PAINT-DEF-L4.bmp or MiG-29C-PAINT-DEF-R4.bmp in the worldtexturesbmp2.cdds.

IIRC the skins for the MiG-29S are in the "ShipTexturesBMP.CDDS" archieve.......don't ask me why :) .
