Surface to Air Threats range??

Im looking for a chart that shows all the surface to air threats and there ranges, so that I can learn to stand off and hit certain targets outside there launch range.

 

If you have one I would like it please, or point me in the right direction.

Here's a thread to get you started. Just download the PDF attachment. There aren't any ranges or altitudes, but its something to work with. :)
