Paid for Huey via Paypal, still showing awaiting payment

Good day,

yesterday I purchased the Huey via paypal.

The money was deducted from my AC, and I received confirmation mail from paypal, but I cannot download the module and it shows its still awaiting payment.

I logged a support ticket (#51622), but 24hrs later there has been no feedback re the matter.

What do I do?

Do i log a dispute with paypal?
