Ala12Rv-watermanpc Posted May 4, 2016 Author Posted May 4, 2016 No one???...I have been triying to make it work with DCS 2.0.2 but I think due to my low knoledge I had no succes...I dont know exactly how to make this particular "shader"? to work, even when I have managed to make other effect run succesfuly...Using the the "mediator" GUI I can add blur, bloom, motion blur, etc so those are correctly installed but any time I try AO from there or capying the MXAO .fx file nothing happens...any help here?? RabidRider Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 (edited) You might have already read this on the forum link you provided, but I tried this: MXAO work fine with ReShade 1.1.0f1. 0. Extract MXAO archive to any folder. 1. Rename Reshade.fx to ReShade_MXAO.fx 2. Copy original Reshade 1.1.0f1 files in game dir as usually. 3. Put ReShade_MXAO.fx and bayer16x16.png in game dir. 4. Open original ReShade.fx and add to end of file: #include "ReShade_MXAO.fx" 5. Save file and run a game. 6. Fine tune Reshade as usually, 7. For tuning MXAO you need to edit ReShade_MXAO.fx Your changes in MXAO settings apply without restart a game. All work on fly by alt+tab as usually. I get some an error message after step 4 (like the other guy - you ? :) trying to get it to work with DCS 2.0.) Error says 167 exactly the line I added to original ReShade.fx file. "][/url] Mediator worked fine before adding this line. Seeing as they said, don't bother if you can't code .. well maybe someone can help, but seems like a dead end for now. Pity though, effect looks really nice. Edited May 16, 2016 by RabidRider
