Searching a good FPS tweak

Can anyone reccomend a good FPS tweak?? I have a Pentium IV at 3400Mhz, 1024 DDR Ram and a Gforce Fx6600 256Mb. Also a recommendation about settings so I can have a nice looking game with nice FPS. That Su-25T cockpit is killing my CPU.

I have Athlon 3200+, 1GB of DDR400, GF6600GT 128MB

and the tweaks I use are:

There's pretty much nothing you can do when there's MiG-29S loaded with R-77 (FPSbug), or few heavy loaded Su-25T in front of you. FPS just drop drastically.

 

With these settings I can fly Su-25T without bigger complains (except of two situations above)

Or you can download Tommy's FPS tweak and install it with ModMan. Another good one is Hawg11s water tweak. I have pretty much the same system specs as you do, and my FPS rarely dips much below the high 30's. I've even gotten into the hundreds over water while looking straight ahead in the cockpit. But I don't fly the T Frog just yet. I'm still having too much fun with the Hog. :D
