Not sure if it´s a bug (VOR right selector)

Maybe it´s a simple graphic bug.

 

Is the right selector in the VOR/ILS, the labeled "test/HG/BD" a 2 positions knob "HG/BD" or a 3 positions "HG/TEST/BD?

 

The selector seems to be in a "center position" (TEST) but you can only switch it between HG/BD.

 

I think it´s a WiP feature.
