JTAC not responding on FM Radio

hi guys,

 

trying to set up a night mission where a FAC should IR laze some targets. he actually never does, i only get QV coordinates which im not sure how to use with the nadir.

 

Anyways i set his radio to FM 33 Mhz but he doesnt answer my call, it only works on VHF AM unfortunatly - anyone else having issues here?

 

didnt find anything related on the forums
