Start up changed?

Hi Folks,

 

Has the start up procedure changed since the last up date?

 

I cant get my baby started.

Nope, that it depends when you think the last update was. See here for a short checklist.

 

Things that seem to be catching people out at the moment are the throttle may not be properly back in the shutoff position (click the little red button just to the right of the throttle to check), and you now need to switch off the Fuel cutoff switch (with the red safety cover near the engine start button).

Don't forget the FBW test either (left from the pilot, cover up, flip switch, wait for green, flip back, close cover). Or the DECOL light won't go off.

 

This how I do it at the moment. But i'm sure it won't be the official way/order of doing things. But hey, it works and is fast :music_whistling:
