Create Fast Mission assigns no weapons to the A10a

Create Fast Mission assigns no weapons to the A10a. Shouldn't every aircraft have weapons loaded by default in the 'Create Fast Mission'? I think it used to spawn with weapons in the past.

 

It's not so fast if I have to generate and edit every single mission unless I spawn on the ground.
