dudeman17 Posted May 23, 2016 Posted May 23, 2016 I was looking around the museum website and I noticed they had virtual tours of many cockpits. I am amazed that I never noticed this. Take a look. Also if someone wanted to make any worn cockpits for modules this would be a huge help to them although after sitting in a museum the cockpits are a little dustier than they should be. http://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/Visit/VirtualTour/Cockpit360.aspx ASUS ROG Strix X570-E MB | Ryzen 9 5950x | ASUS Tuf RTX 4080 | 64 GB G.Skill TridentZ 3600 MHz DDR4 | Samsung 970 Evo 1TB m.2 Nvme | TM Warthog HOTAS | MFG Crosswind | Track IR 5 | Gigabyte M27Q-P 1440p 165hz |
Grimes Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 B-52G EW seat looks to be missing a few items. It is an amazing museum to visit. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world. dudeman17 Posted May 24, 2016 Author Posted May 24, 2016 I have been once however they were doing renovations so I did not get to see a lot of the aircraft such as the XB-70 so I need to go back when the new wing opens. I'm excited. recoil17 Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Very awesome, thanks for sharing! I googled and found some virtual cockpits for some Navy aircraft http://www.navalaviationmuseum.org/education/virtual-tour/ "Simultaneous selection of fuel dump and afterburner during high AOA maneuvering may cause fuel to ignite with resulting fuselage damage."
