I think it's :

UHF : КВ

VHF : УКВ

Both of them are УКВ (УльтраКороткие Волны - Ultra Short Waves).

 

UPD:

VHF - МВ (Метровые Волны - Metre Waves)

UHF - ДМВ - (ДециМетровые Волны - DeciMetre Waves)

Ультравысокая частота (300-3000 МГц) : УВЧ for UHF

Очень высокая частота (30-300 МГц) : ОВЧ for VHF

VHF(very high freq)-УКВ(Ультра короткие волны/ultra short waves)
