Reaper in Mission 3

Hi

 

I believe I should be able to contact AFAC Reaper between SP7 and SP8 on 144.00 AM according to briefing in Mission 3. The option doesn't appear, although I do have JTAC Enfield showing.

 

How do I contact Reaper as per the briefing?

I thought Reaper was the JTAC?

It should be although in mission it says ATAC. However Enfield is the JTAC.
