Module installation problem

Hey guys,

 

Wondering if you can help me. I just installed World 1.5 and i run into problems installing the modules. Here's how it went.

 

Upon opening a fresh install of World, you log in and you click on the modules and it automatically informs you of the modules you have bought, it only had su-25 and blackshark update. So I installed the su-25.

 

Now I checked my online account, inside orders, i have combined arms listed as "bought" (of course, i bought that already) but it's not doesn't show on whenever i open up world. So i checked online and found that I have to manually update CA using install_CA_.bat then it installs and activated perfectly.

 

Now I recovered my steam keys for A-10C and Huey modules, which steam issued me a new key (i save all my keys on notepad).

 

Then I use install A-10C using install_A10C.bat it downloads like normal, installs perfectly, then it fires up world and asks me to activate, then it actually activates, BUT, upon opening, world tells me now that my CA installation is invalid. Image attached here.

 

Now I am confused why that is happening. Now even if I uninstall A-10C, it still tells me that my CA is invalid. It's almost like the online account are not talking to each other even if on my "orders" serction it tells me that everything is valid.

 

Hope you can help me out.

 

I already made a support ticket but after a few replies, I haven't had any reply since last night. Could be busy.

I do not have experience with invalid SN but I know that you should not be installing the modules from the standalone installers.

 

If you do not see your modules in the module manager then they are probably not bound to your account.

 

Go to your profile on DCS website and enter the SN key to the search box at the bottom left. You should see the SN key information afterward and also a small box with a button to Bind the key. Bind the key to your profile if it is not done yet. You should see the module in your module manager afterwards.

I have done that, every thing i bought checks out. It's the steam bought ones that had problems. My A-10C steam bought one is installed now. However, the steam bought UH-1 does not show up, if i do a license check with the UH-1, it checks out but it doesn't have the bind option. When I install UH-1, it installs, it activates, then when i open up world, it tells me that my Uh-1 is invalid. Now that is where I am confused. I don't know why it activates upon installation if when i log in, it treats my key as invalid. Almost like the on line keys are not synced with the World log in.

 

I have installed everything except for the steam bought uh-1.
