scroll wheel for zoom

Right now you can't use the mouse scroll wheel for zoom in the cockpit without turning off the ability to click the cockpit.

 

My X-65f throttle has a nice scroll wheel on it that would work perfectly. This way I could free up 1 of my 2 rotaries for other uses.

 

I've tried mapping keypresses to the scroll wheel in the HOTAS software, but have ran into this problem:

Since you can right and left click and hold to turn knobs in the cockpit you should be able to map the scroll wheel to something else.
