RN-24 doesn't do any damage

The RN-24 nuclear bomb doesn't do any damage to vehicles. It does have the graphical effect of the explosion and produces the crater, but no damage.

The RN-28 works like it should be.

I have noticed the same, however both still work and are noticed in logs for damage when dropped in cities or pre existing objects but not placed ones.
