Radio Presets?

I did a search but couldn't find an answer to this general question.

 

These files allow you to set up preset channels for the A-10C in a mission file.

Do these presets work for other high fidelity cockpits for the Gazelle, Mi-8, UH-1H and so on or is this for A-10C only?
