shaunwallis21 Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 It is a very important to have dumb bomb fuses on all the BST and most other planes that need it. every Dumb bomb in the F-5 arsenal should have fuse options and no not in the aircraft set fuses on re-arm. all the sabre's bombs should have optional fuses why is it so hard to implement such a important feature. it is one of the most important ground attack features for even all ww2 A2G planes. i have been searching furiously for a way to mod in this feature. most modern jets in dcs that have CCIP/CCRP should even have this feature but its not as important since a computer can work out impact point and you can have further stand of distance. It completely ruins the versatility that all multi-role fighters should have. It is so important that even simulators from the 90's have this. 1
Ktulu2 Posted July 31, 2016 Posted July 31, 2016 Heck...we don't have AA missile proximity fuzes, don't hold your breath. This being said, that's more something ED could do than BST, as ED rules armament. For exemple, instead of having one generic Mk82, we could have one mark82 with each fuze setting we could choose in the rearming window. Please excuse my stupid question - but why would we need these options? I'm not really familiar with dumb bombs. Thanks. Mancher zum Meister sich erklärt, dem nie das Handwerk ward gelehrt!
