DCS: fw d9 activation wont work

I bought a key for the fw from kinguin and when i go to check that it is verified it wont let me submit the key. the data it displays says that the code has not been activated on any account and has not expired. plz help

The right place for your post would've been the payment and activation area, but there they are most likely going to tell you to open a support ticket on the following site: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/ - and this is exactly what I would recommend in your case.
