I found the automatically generated labels for the screenshots (ScreenShot_00X.jpg) not very handy for various reasons (too long).

I changed it to (Pic_00x.jpg) and it can be changed to anything else you like as shown here:

Find the file Lock On/Config/graphics.cfg and make a back-up copy first !

Then open the original file with the editor and scroll down the page to this part:

ScreenshotQuality = 90;

ScreenshotName = "ScreenShots/ScreenShot_%03d.jpg";

ScreenshotExt = "jpg";

EffectOptions = 3;

Exhaust = 0;

ShadowDensity = 0.6;

PilotName = "No";

FogParam1 = 12;

FogParam2 = 1.1;

ObjectFogMultiplier = 0.6;

CivilianRoutes = "";

AviFolder = "Movies/";

Now change the line "ScreenShotName" to this:

ScreenshotName = "ScreenShots/Pic_%03d.jpg";

Screenshots now will be labeled "Pic_001.jpg, Pic_002.jpg" etc. which is way shorter than before.

kind regards,

Raven....

Anybody who has messed around with

EffectOptions

ShadowDensity or

ObjectFogMultiplier

yet ?

ShadowDensity changes the shadows, makes them darker. I use to have mine set at I think 6.5. Way back in the day it made the clouds shadows on the ground look darker.
