TIGER Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Hello Everyone. I just bought the Thrustmaster MFD's and I would like to share some tips for better usage of RADAR, INS navigation system & the Armament Panel. Most people for sure will use Mirage 2000 for bombing with GBU bombs. That means they need to put the coordinates of the target. most need to turn the camera to INS, loosing the SA around them. So what we can do? Simple. The right MFD (or Left) you can program it from the game to be the INS navigation system. So. My Layout for the Right MFD for INS is From Top to clockwise From OSB01 till OSB05 : PCN button 0 till 4 From OSB06 till OSB10 : PCN button 5 till 9 OSB11 : PCN ENTER button OSB12 : PCN CLEAR button OSB13 : PCN MRQ OSB14 : PCN REC OSB15 : PCN BAD OSB16 : PCN VAL OSB17 : PCN ENC OSB19 : PCN DEST OSB20 : PCN PREP Now for the other buttons left ( GAIN / SYM / BRT / CON) I made this configuration GAIN OSB27 : L/G OSB28 : D/RD SYM OSB21 : Next Waypoint or Airfield OSB22 : Previous Waypoint or Airfield BRT OSB25 : RD/TD OSB26 : CP/PD The next settings is for RADAR & Armament panel **Before Takeoff Rememeber to put the Master Arm on and the Gun ARM on** You can make the Upper and Lower Row to be the same as it is in Mirage the Rows of Armament Panel OSB01 till OSB05 : PCA Button 1 till 5 OSB15 till OSB11 : Stores selected 1 till 5 For RADAR SYM OSB21 : RADAR range Increase OSB22 : RADAR Range Decrease CON OSB23 : RADAR PPI Mode OSB24 : RADAR B Scope OSB06 : RADAR Scan 1-Line OSB07 : RADAR Scan 2-Line OSB08 : RADAR Scan 4-Line In the other buttons you can put the other functions of the Mirage 2000 RADAR but Remember to look out when you put the buttons for the PRF High/Int/Low because sometimes can make a CTD situation Thank you everyone http://104thphoenix.com/ "Failure Is Not An Option" - Online Combat Simulation Since 1997 www.youtube.com/user/AntonioGR201 www.twitch.tv/104th_Tiger www.facebook.com/TIGER.GR.Tiger/ Discord: 104th_Tiger#1883
