CV1 Questions.

Sorry if this isnt in the correct spot, im new to DCS world and im trying to get my CV1 dialed in.

 

1. is there a reset view for VR? after loading up im sitting way to close to the panel and i cant slide back any farther.

 

2. is there a way to program what button i use to toggle switches and buttons?

 

3. any other trick or tips i should know when setting up my CV1?

-5 on nummer pad, resets your view in VR.

-Right shift+right ctrl and 8,4,6,2,-,* moves your eyeball in the cookpit, right Alt+nummerpad 0 saves the setting..

-You can setup all buttons in the game setup menu.

- Set all grafic settings to low, in the VR tap, set Pixel density to 2.0, and the try upping settings until your FPS drops to 45..... There is a lot of settings, that wont affect your visual pleasure ingame, because of the low res in Oculus/Vive... So dont waste power on those...

Cool thanks, im also having a problem where the cross hairs where im looking disappear. not letting me click any buttons or switches. when they re appear, i still cant toggle anything. its really weird.

You need to set the game to full screen with Alt+Enter, once you're in the cockpit at the start of your flight. Otherwise, it will sometimes detect your click outside of the game window, as if you'd clicked on your desktop, which makes the game lose focus.

Alt+Enter will set the game as full screen, then your cross or pointer will stay in your cookpit and you can press any button. The pointer will disapear after a whild, but when you press the mouse key, it will reapear.
