How do I get NVG's in the Gazelle?

I have asked the ground crew very nicely for them but they just keep offering me the option to arm and refuel or attach Ground power.

I have tried starting a mission at night to see if I automatically get NVG's like in the Shark. Nope still no Goggles. I'm beguining to think the Ground crew dont like me. :D So how do I get NVG's?
