Olddog Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 This is for both 1.5.4 OB and 2.0.3 latest updates. In flight, going from WP 1 -> WP 2 or any other combination. Not at waypoint 00. On the INS with the TR/VS selected it is my understanding that Remaining Time should show in the left window and Ground speed in the right window. On my plane the Left Window is completely blank. The right window shows correct ground speed. This is the same for D/RLT Distance / Bearing, Left window completely blank, right window Bearing is correct. In the manual page on page 93 it does show that with TR/VS or D/RLT selected and at waypoint 00 (current aircraft position) that the left window is not used. But I'm at WP1 ->WP2 or WP2 ->WP3 Is this functioning correctly at this time? Or am I just not understanding correctly? The left windows is working with the other selections. Thanks for any help.
Olddog Posted September 12, 2016 Author Posted September 12, 2016 Thank You, that works. I guess I missed that step. Like that has never happened before:music_whistling:
Gunnergolly Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Today i have learnt how to cold start the Mirage and how to do a full INS Alignment. I'm looking at page 91 in the manual on how to select DEST waypoint's, however it's not working for me. The manual says that in order to select a different DEST waypoint number then you just press DEST 02 for waypoint number 02. What i'm actually finding is that whilst the DEST waypoint number changes to 02 in the PCN display as expected, the actual D/RLT distance/bearings values remain unchanged from those of 01 ?. The same if i select DEST 03 or DEST 04 the D/RLT values are still exactly the same as DEST 01 distance/bearings ?. I have programmed a five point practice navigation route in the ME with a landing waypoint at DEST 06. What am i doing wrong ?, please could somebody point out the obvious :). myHelljumper Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 To see the data in the left panel you must push two times PREP for copy the WP to PREP. See this, the data displayed on the PCN is from the PREP. Helljumper - M2000C Guru Helljumper's Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK3rTjezLUxPbWHvJJ3W2fA
