I just got my Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS X and I accidently moved the PC / PS3 switch on the back bottom the the joystick. I had it working with a GREEN light when I first installed it to run DCS. Last night when i started to program some buttons on the joystick the light on the throttle was RED I was having trouble binding the rudder and zoom. I found some help on the net but most of them called for removing lots of binds and calibrations. Some of those posts said just press the red light and it will turn green. i tried that but the light just remained red. I found 1 post about that on the forum and the poster finally fixed his red light problem and did not say just what he did to fix it. That was a big help. It really bugs me when people have problems, gets it fixed and dos not let the rest or us know just how it was fixed. Anyway, I managed to get my TMTFHX's red light to turn green without all the reprogramming.

To turn the RED Light to GREEN try this:

1. Unplug the joystick's USB connector from your pc.

2. Make sure the PC/ PS3 switch is set to PC.

3 Restart your PC ( This step my not be needed but I restarted my pc).

4. Plug the joystick back in to a USB port (I put mine into a different USB port).

5. Press the Red Light down (it is also button) and it should then turn Green.

Note The PS3 switch setting is a 4 axis joystick setting & the PC switch is a 5 axis setting.

I hope this will help someone.
