Landing damage for pilot not flying in multicrew aircraft

Greetings to developers!

When flying in multicrew with the student pilot, it usually damages my landing gear when student's landing is not super-smooth (which is usually not with the student on the controls).

Student's landing gear is usually ok in front cockpit.

Would you mind to fix this please and take landing gear status from the pilot flying?
