  1. I just found out what it was - the trim down button mapped for Mustang collided with the same button already mapped to GNS430 function.
  2. I am sorry, it must be something on my setup. When I bind different button, it works.
  3. Greetings to developers! I tried to fly P-51 today, but I have found out that nose down trimmer does not work in version 2.8.6.41066. My key binding does nothing only thing that seems to help is to use a mouse, but the trim position indicator stops at 0 anyway. Would you please mind to look at this? Thank you very much! Vita
  4. Same here. Here is a short video to demonstrate this behavior. This time with MS Sidewinder FF 2
  5. Greetings to developers! We have flown Yak-52 in multi-crew yesterday and we have had lot of synchronization problems. Temperatures of oil and cylinder heads and even fuel quantity too. Would you please mind to look at this? Thank you! Vita
  6. Greetings to developers, As soon as I put my simulated Yak in inverted flight, engine RPM starts to jump periodically and engine seems to loose power. According to manual and my friend, who owns real Yak 52, Yak engine works well up to two minutes when inverted. Would you mind to fix it please? Also, inverted flight elevator effectiveness seems to be bit off. It is quite a problem to do negative vertical maneuvers (like 8.5.5.2 from CIVA catalog) due to insufficient elevator effectiveness. Truth is that it is not easy to perform this maneuver in real Yak too, as it is prone to inverted stall in second quarter of the inverted loop, but in simulated one, it is pretty hard to get the Yak even to second quarter of the inverted loop. I tried various entry speeds from 300 (young idealist :-) ) to 400, but it did not help much. Have a nice day! Vita
  7. Greetings to developers! When flying in multicrew with the student pilot, it usually damages my landing gear when student's landing is not super-smooth (which is usually not with the student on the controls). Student's landing gear is usually ok in front cockpit. Would you mind to fix this please and take landing gear status from the pilot flying? Thank you! Vita
  8. It is possible, but depends on global unit settings. Hard to say if it is intended or not. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=174428
  9. Greetings to developers, Today I found that airspeed indicator in L-39 switches it's units with global unit setting on GAMEPLAY tab. Is this intended? Is this intended? I would expect some setting on SPECIAL tab specific to L-39, where I can select between cockpits etc. Have a nice day! Vita
  10. Greetings to developers! As I do nothing but fly L-39 in multicrew since last update, I found out other issue there. When one of the crew asks ground personnel for refueling, the other crew member does not see fuel to be added to the aircraft. Only if other crew member asks ground personnel to refuel too, fuel amount is changed in his cockpit. Good thing is that wight seems not to be doubled in that case. Vita
  11. Yes, that's exactly what happens. Dr_Arrow - I (hopefully) understand what happens in real aircraft. Also agree with the statement that behavior with FF joystick in the sim is closer to real thing, but I don't understand why the behavior should differ with non FF joystick in simulator. Vita
  12. it's not about the calibration. 1) The aircraft was trimmed, so there was no need for stick input as it flew 2) Two different instances of X-52 were tested on 2 different machines in two different geographic locations :-), both with the same result
  13. And yet another one - I have noticed that trim settings seems not to be synchronized. When pilot flying trims, instructor does not see the trim neutral light to go off. Can it be caused by the fact that one of us uses force trim joystick, while the other one does not? Other than this, the multicrew is great and works very well. It is apparent that you invested lot of work in this area since L-39 first release. Thank you very much for this effort, it is really great feature and I am looking forward to other multi-crew enabled aircraft and helicopters!
  14. I would like to add one: - When pilot flying is too rough on landing, it can damage the landing gear on pilot not flying computer even if pilot flying landing gear suffers no damage at all. I think it might be caused by some network lag, but I think that pilot flying machine state should be the primary source of information in this case.
  15. Greetings to developers! We have found this interesting behavior while flying in multicrew setup, but the behavior is the same in single player too. What happens: I have two joysticks - Sidewinder FF2 and Saitek X-52. While flying on final approach with Sidewinder, I have speed arround 250 km/h, aircraft trimmed and flaps in take off position. When I extend full flaps now, aircraft just puts it's nose down little bit and continues most likely as-is, which is correct and I would expect this. In the same situation, using Saitek X-52, (speed 250, flaps in takeoff position, aircraft trimmed) when full flaps are extended, aircraft nose goes up and aircraft starts climbing. That's strange I think and it should basicaly do the same as if flown by Sidewinder. Using the Sidewinder primarily, I was not aware of this behavior when different joystick is used and I yelled at my student pilot many times what the hell is he doing with the pitch on final, but by further investigation shows that it was not his fault :-) Would you please mind to look at these differences? Thank you! Vita
  16. I second that. I also think there is no reason to dismount gunsight in ZA version. My opinion is that this checkbox should worl just for C version and have no effect in ZA. That would be great. Vita
  17. It seems to me that ground effect on the slope is too effective. I can climb along the slope just by pushing cyclic slightly against the slope, even without any collective input. (hovering between 0.5 to 1 m above the slope with the up-slope skid) Vita
  18. Canopy open/close by pilot/copilot are also not synchronized. Engine startup is problematic (instructor engine instruments shows just situation before fuel is applied rpm of 25%)
  19. Thank you for fixing this! No shaking with latest patch! Vita
  20. I discussed this shaking with our airforce pilot who used to fly L-39 a lot and he said there is no shaking or reason for shaking when flaps are extended at proper speed. The machine just changes pitch angle (as it currently does), needs to be re-trimmed and continues smooth flying.
  21. Greetings to developers! I like the L-39 very much, the only thing which distracts me is that strange cockpit and FF shake when I extend the flaps. I see no reason why airplane should shake with flaps extended and speeds between 250 and 220 kph. In fact, with flaps extended, the actual AOA should be lower than when in clean configuration. Vita
  22. Good to know you sorted it out! Thank you! Vita
  23. Here is another track from today. Please watch for AoA on the final approach, power required and rate of descent on first series of approaches and then after reload. After reload, the power required was significantly higher. Also the lift-off after reload was made on higher speed (nearly 400). Also notice power and AoA required for flying straight an level at 600 km/h and then when turning to the base leg and final. After reload I had to use more power and higher AoA. MiG_AOA_II.zip
  24. I experienced it in MP forst time, but was able to reproduce it in SP too. Track which can be found in my original post comes from SP. Vita
