"Request Takeoff" option missing for clients if taking off from the Russian Carrier

Bug: Multiplayer clients no longer get the ATC option to "F1. Request Takeoff" after starting engines.

 

Single player as "Player": works properly.

Multiplayer as host: works properly.

Multiplayer clients: no longer is there a "F1. Request Takeoff" item in the ATC menu after starting engines.

 

Must have happened in one of the last two updates as this was working before.

Bump. This bug going on still for the last six patches. :doh:

Also noticed tonight, in the release version 1.5.5, in addition to the "Request Takeoff" option being missing from ATC selection in multiplayer takeoffs from the Carrier, the "Request Taxi" and "Request Takeoff" options are both missing when starting an Su-33 from a land based runway.

 

In single player all is fine.... in multiplayer it's bugged.
