Spring Tension campaign listed twice in menu

When you go to the campaign menu in DCS and select the Mi-8 icon, you see two instances of Spring Tension.

 

Drilling down, there is a duplicate instance of the campaign in the folder structure. Under DCS World\Mods\aircraft\Mi-8MTV2\Missions, there is a Campaigns folder and an EN\Campaigns folder. Both folders contain the campaign. They both appear to have the same timestamp.

 

I assume either version is ok to use, but which version should I play in order to maintain future compatibility?
