i want to fly a circuit, save it as a track, play it back and fly another plane while in the playback scenario.

the idea is i want to create a formation airshow.

i think its not possible but just asking incase there's maybe a trick i don't know about.

thanks

Last time I tried this, other planes crashed or stopped maneuvering, then crashed into the ground.

Shortly; It won't work. :( But it would be really really great for formation flight, or for a scenario to make a video etc.

Fsx has this option with the fsx recorder program. Very useful for practicing formation flying ofline with yourself! I fly a flight as i would as nr.1 (very smooth turns, steady speed etc) and then playback the mission flying as nr.2. It would be very cool to have this option in dcs

it would be great to have and i can't think it would be overly complicated to add, all the pieces are already in DCS. if they add it, i'd be happy to test it, i'd put it through the works.
