Visit the Hollo Pointe DCS World server -- an open server with a variety of COOP & H2H missions including Combined Arms. All released missions are available for free download, modification and public hosting, from my Wrecking Crew Projects site.

There is a huge well of knowledge out there, and I think any squadron would be happy to give you some help. I like flying online, often with one or two others, or on group events, but not in squadrons. Send me a pm if interested.
