In most of the modules can be done by editing file 'Mods/aircraft/[MODULE_NAME]/Cockpit/Scripts/ControlsIndicator/ControlsIndicator_page.lua'. Unfortunately, in the case of the module MiG-21bis does not have this file. I assume that the performing the same functions file is 'Mods/aircraft/MIG-21bis/Cockpit/CONTROLS_INDICATOR/Indicator/cip', but it is a compiled lua file.
