Steinsch Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Hi, I'm not sure how the lock terrain view command works. When I press it in the A-10A, sometimes the command works (my view centers on the point I was looking at, with a green cross), and sometimes it doesn't. It seems it doesn't work in the Su-27. I have yet to understand why. Maybe somebody could shed some light on how that command is supposed to work and what conditions need to be met. By the way, I use TrackIR. But I still like to use the lock terrain view command to keep an eye on a target or specific area as I find it more convenient than moving my TrackIR-equipped head and having eyes do the scanning while in an off centered position in respect to the monitor.
