mjfur Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 (edited) I recently downloaded DCS World 2.0, I then purchased Nevada Test and Training Range, the Bf-109K and the F-86F. The sim and the aircraft function correctly, except that I do not have any Training, Single or Campaign missions that show up in the game. When I click on Training, Missions or Campaign the appropriate mission section is blank. When I scroll through my hard drive, the Training, Mission and Campaign folders have missions in them, but they do not show up when in the game. I've un-installed and re-installed the entire game one time so far. What am I doing wrong? In this hard drive path, the Quickstart mission (4 of them) work, but nothing else. In this hard drive path (EN) none of the missions work. (There are numerous missions in each folder.) Edited November 16, 2016 by mjfur
mjfur Posted November 16, 2016 Author Posted November 16, 2016 In the game, Missions shows this. There are only 4 missions in Quickstart. The other folders are empty in the game but contain missions in my hard drive. This is what Training looks like in the game.
Grimes Posted November 17, 2016 Posted November 17, 2016 Most of those missions are on the Caucasus map which is currently incompatible with 2.0. Its why there is a whole separate installation for Nevada right now in the open alpha. Install DCS World 1.5 to play those missions. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/world/ 1.5 = Caucuses 2.0 = Nevada Eventually both maps will work on the same installation and this won't be a problem. For now though you have to have 2 installs to play missions on each map. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
