No ATC in Nellis AFB when you start at Nellis

Cold start. Unable to contact with Nellis ATC. Nellis is not showing in the F5 list.

 

But when you start at other AFB e.g. Creech, Nellis is showing in the F5 list.

Update:

maybe only are affected the "H-#" spots?

Solved: in the quick start mission of the KA-50, Nellis is set as "RED".
