HSI bug?

When doing the tutorial for HSI and you're tasked to move the knob to turn the arrow to different directions by turning the knob to left or right will always add positive value.

 

Meaning you can't turn it counter-clockwise and can't reduce the set distance if you're doing an offset

Holding the LMB then draging it clockwise-counterclockwise direction
