Ms ffb2 Stuck to the left when ffb enable and shakes hard when ir not blocked

Modded my ms ffb with the resistor mod to gain power but after this the stick shakes violently when i plug the power in. If i hold the stick and block the IR it stops but its stuck to the left. I cant see anything on the powerboard thats wrong and ive checked for short but i cant find anything. any clue how to fix this issue?
