Inverted Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 I've got a new Thrustmaster warthog but I've found that he throttle friction adjustment seems to do nothing. Is this normal for a Thrustmaster warthog?

Is this normal for a Thrustmaster warthog? To me it took at least 10 complete turns to notice a proper tightening of the throttle. That is, you have to see the white line spin 10 times left to right... It's going to take a bit... :P
Inverted Posted December 12, 2016 Author Posted December 12, 2016 I've tried turning it all the way to the left and right, as far as I could go without putting in too much pressure ( I was worried about it breaking ). So once you have done lots of turns do you notice a significant difference? As I can't really notice a difference between fully tight and fully loose.

Yup, ten full spins (use the white line for reference) gives you an initial nice tightness. Problem is, I had to open the throttle to swap the main PCB and I founf lots of black plastic trimmings. Like someone with a very sharp edge slowly peeled off layers of plastic. As you can imagine I reduced the friction to nearly nothing. Honestly that was pretty bad.
