Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.

May be worth mentioning that the Ukrainian pilot (Egor Bol'shakov) died in a crash a few years ago. He was doing a low pass, and the plane tripped a high voltage line wires.
